What types of digital products does Programming Notes sell? We sell programming eBooks that are not freely available online, Hand written Notes, software development guides, coding cheat sheets, Exam preparation notes, online course content. All products are designed for students and learners at various skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced programmers.
Are your products suitable for complete beginners? Yes. Every product page clearly shows the difficulty level — Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Many of our eBooks and courses are built specifically for students who have no prior programming experience.
In what format are products delivered? Products are delivered as PDF files (eBooks and guides), ZIP archives (software tools and bundled resources), or video and course access links (online courses). The exact format is always stated on the product page before you purchase.
Can I preview a product before buying? Yes. Where available, we provide free sample chapters, preview pages, or demo videos on each product listing. We strongly encourage you to review these before purchasing, as downloaded products are generally non-refundable.
Are your products updated regularly? Yes. We update our products to reflect the latest programming languages, tools, and industry practices. Customers who purchase a product receive free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase and are notified by email whenever a new version is available.
Payments & Pricing
What currencies do you accept? Prices are displayed in USD for international customers. Local Pakistani customers may see prices in PKR. The final charge on your statement will be in your local currency as determined by your bank or payment provider.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayFast for Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, PayPak, and internet banking payments from Pakistan. We accept JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallet payments for customers in Pakistan. For international students, we accept 2Checkout for Visa, Mastercard, and major international card networks, as well as Payoneer for international bank transfers and Payoneer balance payments. We do not currently accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, or cash payments we are working on that.
Is it safe to pay on your website? Yes, absolutely. We do not store your card details on our servers. All payments are processed by our PCI DSS-certified payment partners. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
Why was my payment declined? Payment declines can happen for several reasons. Your card may have insufficient balance or have reached its credit limit. Your card may not be enabled for online or international transactions. If the problem continues, still you can purchase, email us at contact@programmingnotes.shop and we will help you find an alternative.
Do you offer student discounts or coupon codes? Yes. We regularly offer promotional discounts, especially for students. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to be notified of discount codes and seasonal offers. Coupon codes can be applied at the checkout page before completing your payment.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase? Yes. A purchase confirmation email containing your invoice and download link is sent automatically to your registered email address within minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Delivery & Access
How do I receive my product after purchase? All products are delivered digitally. Immediately after a successful payment, you will receive an automated email with your download link or course access details. There is no physical shipping and no waiting time — access is instant.
My download link is not working. What should I do? Please email us at contact@programmingnotes.shop with your order number and we will send you a fresh working link within a few hours. Download links are valid for 14 days and allow up to 3 downloads per purchase to avoid redistribution. You can download the PDF and store it in your phone or laptop memory.
Can I access my purchase on multiple devices? Yes. You can download and use your purchased product on any of your personal devices. However, products are licensed for your personal use only and must not be shared, redistributed, or resold to others.
I lost access to my purchase. Can I re-download it? Yes. Log into your account on programmingnotes.shop to re-download any previously purchased product. If you purchased as a guest, email us at contact@programmingnotes.shop with your order number and the email address used at checkout and we will restore your access.
Refunds & Disputes
Can I get a refund on a digital product? Refunds are available only in specific circumstances such as non-delivery, a product being significantly different from its description, a duplicate charge, or a verified technical issue preventing access. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Please read our full Refund Policy above for complete details.
How long does a refund take to process? Once your request is approved (within 3 to 5 business days), the refund is sent to your original payment method. Card refunds via PayFast take 7 to 10 business days. JazzCash and EasyPaisa refunds take 3 to 5 business days. International refunds via 2Checkout or Payoneer can take up to 14 business days.
What if I was charged twice for the same order? Please email us immediately at contact@programmingnotes.shop with a screenshot of your bank statement and your order details. We will investigate and refund the duplicate charge within 5 business days.
Technical Support & Account
I cannot open or access my downloaded file. What should I do? PDF files require a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free to download, or any modern web browser. ZIP files need to be extracted using WinRAR, 7-Zip, or your operating system’s built-in extraction tool. Video content requires a stable internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Make sure your device has enough free storage space for the download. If the file appears corrupted or incomplete after downloading, contact us and we will re-send the product.
Do I need to create an account to purchase? No. You can check out as a guest using just your email address. However, creating an account gives you access to your full purchase history, lets you re-download products at any time, and makes you eligible for exclusive member discounts.
How do I contact customer support? Email us at contact@programmingnotes.shop. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time. We respond within 24 to 48 hours on business days. For the fastest response, include your order number in the subject line of your email.
Is my personal information safe with Programming Notes? Yes. We take your privacy very seriously. We never sell your data to third parties. Your payment details are processed entirely by our certified payment partners and are never stored on our servers. Do you have a mobile app? We do not currently have a dedicated mobile app. However, our website is fully responsive and works smoothly on all smartphones, tablets, and computers. Downloaded PDFs and eBooks can be read on any device using standard reader applications such as Adobe Acrobat, Apple Books, or Google Play Books.
